Return Policy
Generations Skincare is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and complete satisfaction. While our hope is that you are always satisfied with your Generations Skincare purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. If you would like to return your product, please review the information below:
- Please contact Generationsskincare@gmail.com with reason for your dissatisfaction (i.e. allergic reaction, not satisfied with results, etc…).
- Generations Skincare will provide Return Shipping Instructions via email. Products returned must be ordered directly from Generations Skincare.
- If your order contains a gift with purchase, it must also be returned to receive a refund.
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Any items returned beyond this time frame will not be refunded or credited.
- All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Generations Skincare is not responsible for lost shipments.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Your account will be credited less any original shipping and handling or return fees and/or return shipping charges. Please be aware that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded or credited. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, not including minor cosmetic imperfections, we will send you a replacement or issue you a partial or full refund after you have provided Generations Skincare with a photograph of the damaged or defective product.
